Just got done with the first @crossfitgames open workout, 16.1! Talk about pain caveeee it was a GRUELING 20 minute triplet, but I got through it and I'm proud of my score of 255 reps (scaled division). .  Thought it was necessary to make a big salad mix (peep Jagger tryna snatch up that chicken) and it tasted as good as it looks 10 oz baby spinach mix, 1 cup pecan halves, 3 cuties, 1 Granny Smith & 1 gala apple, 1/2 cup dried cranberries, 1 avocado, 1 lb chicken and Marzetti simply dress...

Dinner last night was different!
