+ include protein 🍳, healthy fats 🥑, & fiber 🥕 
+ eat within 2 hours of waking up 🛌 
+ chew your food slowly
+ don't eat standing up
+ practice mindful eating 🍽️ (no screens)
+ wait until after eating to drink coffee ☕️ (this will help you avoid blood 🩸 sugar spikes)

 • 1 medium sweet potato 
 • 1 cup almond flour
 • 1 cup coconut flour
 • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
 • 1 teaspoon baking soda
 • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
 • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
 • 1/4 teaspoon salt
 • 2 eggs 
 • 1 cup lakanto monkfruit
 • 1/4 cup olive oil
 • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Looking for a satisfying & healthy pasta 🍝 dish with a spin? I’ve got you!! Check out this chicken sausage pesto chickpea pasta recipe made with some of my favorite ingredients from  @nowfoodsofficial! 

Basic Basil Pesto:

* ½ cup toasted pine nuts from @nowfoodsofficial 
* 2 tablespoons fresh lemon 🍋 
* 1 small garlic 🧄 clove
* ¼ teaspoon sea salt
* freshly ground black pepper
* 2 cups basil leaves
* ¼ cup extra-virgin olive 🫒 oil from @nowfoodsofficial 
* 1/2 cup nutritional yeast from @nowfoodsofficial 

👉🏼 Add all of the ingredients in a food processor until well combined. For a smoother pesto, you can add more olive oil.

Pasta:
+ Cook quinoa pasta penne from @nowfoodsofficial in boiling water for 10-12 minutes. I used my stainless steel pot from @360cookware 😊 (code wellnstro

Ingredients 
 • 2 cups quinoa
 • 1/3 cup spinach
 • ½ cup peas, corn 🌽 , & carrot 🥕 mix
 • Sizzlefish scallops
 • 2 cups chicken stock
 • garlic 🧄 
 • 1 cup pumpkin 🎃 puree
 • ¼ teaspoon ginger

directions
 • 👉🏼 in a medium-size heavy saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive 🫒 oil over medium-high heat. add the onion and garlic and saute, stirring continuously, just until softened, 3 to 4 minutes. add the quinoa, pumpkin puree, ginger, and chicken stock. mix in the spinach and vegetables. add salt & pepper to taste.

chia seed pudding 🥣 is one of my favorite breakfast choices! it's packed with protein, omega 3s, and antioxidants. this special spirulina chia seed pudding recipe includes spirulina from @nutrex, which contains 60% protein content, & is a great source of beta-carotene, various minerals, and gamma linolenic acid (an essential fatty acid). 〰️ i’ll often eat this breakfast before a workout 🏋🏼‍♀️, especially since a recent study 🔬 indicated that spirulina may benefit both muscle strength as well as endurance! ready to try it? 👇🏼 base: + 2 tablespoons chia seeds per 1/2 cup nut milk 👉🏼 i made about 3 separate batches, adding some freeze-dried wild blueberry 🫐 & lingonberry powder, and spirulina powder to each. layer them each in a glass, adding some coconut 🥥 yogurt in between layers.
my favorite nooatmeal is a hearty warm breakfast that is simple to make for a healthy, quick breakfast that only has 5g net carbs per serving. just add hemp seeds, chia seeds, coconut flakes, flaxseed, cinnamon, & nut milk together!
