✨RESTAURANT-WORTHY GUACAMOLE!✨ Once upon a time, I was the queen of the guacamole cart, making tableside guac at a buzzy tapas restaurant until the bar closed. 👑😅 It was the most un-glamorous job I ever had…BUT it did teach me how to make a damn good guac. 🥑 I learned that smashing the onion, jalapeño, & garlic in a molcajete releases tons of flavorful juices to fold into the avocado. These days, a zip-top bag & rolling pin get the job done!
