diy mcchicken: beat 1 egg, combine w/ 1c water, stir. in zip lock combine 2/3c flour, 1/3c tempura mix(or +1/3c flour), 2tsp salt, 1tsp onion powder, 1/2tsp Accent, 1/4tsp pepper, 1/8tsp garlic powder. pound 4 breast filets until 1/4in thick, trim til round, shake in zip lock, remove. coat w/ egg mix, return to seasoning mix, shake. put filets, bag & all, in freezer for 1hr+. cover and refrigerate egg mix. repeat coating process. deep fry 375F 10-12min. toast buns. add mayo and lettuce.
