My DH (dear husband) regretted to inform me that he has a cake contest at work tomorrow and I need some cute ideas! Was thinking about cooking two chocolate bundt cakes and then flipping one upside down and placing the other on top so it looks like a pumpkin? just like these cupcakes I saw on country living..ok it wont let me post the pic I've never used fondant before (or however you spell it) but would be willing to try if you tell me it's not too hard! nothing too crazy....
