This mid-century modern dresser got a fresh look with It’s a Small World–inspired shapes in a warm color palette. It’s an easy project with a big impact!

Are you familiar with the technique of bone inlay? Originating in India, the process involves creating intricate designs using discarded bones and set into resin. They are most commonly used in furniture pieces as they make for exotic and striking home decor pieces. This tray is a nod to those traditional designs but uses vinyl instead to create a colorful geometric pattern! Being motivated to drink water is personally my biggest struggle, so I tried to infuse some motivation with a little bit of something I love. I love Washington so I wanted to incorporate that into my design. I thought that the cuter the water bottle the more I’d carry it around and want to show it off. As I was browsing the Silhouette Design Store and found the cutest and easiest water intake tracker design too.
