Recipe 1 pot yoghurt (150g) 0.5 pot vegetable oil (75g) 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 pot sugar (150g) 1.5 pot sf flour (225g) 1. Preheat the oven to 160°C fan and line a 6-inch cake tin with baking paper. 2. Mix the yoghurt, oil, eggs and vanilla together. 3. Add the sugar and flour. Fold to combine. 4. Pour into the tin and bake fro 45-50 minutes until risen and golden on top. Leave to cool. 5.
