Spaghetti pies!! This is culinary genius! Can't wait .... in fact, I have leftover spaghetti & sauce in the fridge now. I just need to run & get some french bread dough & ricotta cheese & I'm ready to go! In lieu of spring-form pans which I have none, I'm going to use my Pampered Chef mini oval bakers. I love those little baking dishes!
Frozen Blueberry-Banana Protein Cream Pies. I used a mini cheesecake pan for these. There is 1/2 Tbs. of chopped walnuts on the bottom of each little pie. For the filling: blend in blender, 3 bananas, 1 cup greek yogurt, 2 scoops vanilla Jay Robb whey. Pour filling over the walnuts. I put fresh blueberries on the top of these, and froze for 4 hours. To remove easily, run the bottom of pan under hot water.
