I'm always a fan of bright foods- this vibrantly purple soup is not only gorgeous to look at, it's SO tasty.

• 1/3 300 g cooked beetroot, cooked

• 1 Dill, Fresh

• 4 cloves Garlic

• 1 Onion, diced ((£0.10))

Baking & Spices

• 1 100 g feta + optional extra to sprinkle

• 1 Pepper
