Full Body Warm Up!! I do this almost every time I practice. It gets me warm, opens up my body, and tests my balance! Crescent lunge is a great pose for warming up the legs, opening the quads, and working the balance. Add in the revolved twist, and you’ve definitely upped the balance challenge.
