GET RID OF HIP DIPS

Hip dips refer to a harmless, cosmetic gap between the upper and lower hip, the inward curve right below your hip bones on each side. Remember that hip dips are not a bad feature and you should feel proud of your body whether you have them or not! But, if you feel uncomfortable for having hip dips we have the right exercises to help you remove them. To train hip dips we will target the main two muscles: the Gluteus Medius and Gluteus Minimus as they have the most influence on your hip shape.
