Calming Ashwagandha Latte

Adaptogen-Infused Recipe: Calming Ashwagandha Latte: Ingredients: ✨1 cup of your favorite milk 
✨1 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder
✨1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
✨1/2 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
✨A pinch of nutmeg for garnish
 Instructions: 1. Heat the milk in a saucepan until warm but not boiling.
 2. Whisk in the ashwagandha powder, ground cinnamon, and sweetener if desired.
 3. Continue whisking until well combined and frothy.
 4. Pour the latte into your favorite mug and sprinkle a pinch of nutmeg on top.
 Enjoy this calming and adaptogen-rich beverage!
