2 ingredient crunch bars 🍫 they’re gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free, and so easy to make!
ingredients
• 9oz dark or semi-sweet chocolate (i use dairy free chocolate)
•1 cup puffed rice cereal (plus more if needed)
optional ingredients
• 1 tbsp coconut oil (or other neutral oil)
• sea salt
instructions
• 1. add the chocolate to a microwave safe glass dish and heat until melted, stirring often so it doesn’t burn. if your melted chocolate is really thick, add 1 tbsp coconut oil to thin it out.
• 2. next, add the puffed rice cereal to the melted chocolate and mix well. start with 1 cup and add more if needed.
• 3. pour the mixture into an 8x5 loaf pan lined with parchment paper (i like to sprinkle with coarse seat salt). place in the fridge until the chocolate hard
