When faced with the dilemma of a cash bar my rules are pretty simple. IT SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN! You would never ask a guest to pay for a drink at your home, so why would you at your wedding? I understand due to budget concerns the question will come up so here are our suggestions. The best alternative to an open bar is to serve a selection of wine, beer and at least two signature cocktails. You can also serve a “limited” bar with tea, soda, beer, wine and champagne.
