Easter Bunny Buns for your Easter Brunch
15min · 15 servings Ingredients • 500 g AP flour • 75 g granulated sugar • 75 g softened unsalted butter • 12 g instant yeast • 2 tsp lemon extract • 2 eggs (preferably room temp) • 250 ml lukewarm milk • 1 tsp salt Egg wash and dried blueberries Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough and let it rise for an hour. Knead on a floured surface and divide into 15 equal portions. Roll out and shape to bunny heads. I didn’t let them rise too long and pretty much put them into the oven straight after shaping and brushing with egg wash because I wanted them to retain as much of their shape as possible. Use dried blueberries, raisins or chocolate chips for the eyes. Bake at 350F for about 12-15 minutes. You may want to push the “eyes” back in after about 5 minutes of baking as th
