Хачапури на завтрак за 15 минут

Ингредиенты: 300 мл кефира 1 яйцо 1 чл соли 1 чл сахара 3 ст.л раст масла 450 гр муки 10 гр разрыхлителя Для начинки: 350 гр сыра (сулугуни) 1 яйцо Соль по вкусу Приготовление: Смешать венчиком все ингредиенты, добавить муку с разрыхлителем и замесить тесто. Натереть сыр, добавить яйцо и перемешать. Тесто и начинку разделить на 4 шарика. Собрать хачапури и обжарить с двух сторон на сухой сковороде. Смазать горячие хачапури сливочным маслом.
