I want to share a poem by Joy Harjo, a member of the Muscogee Nation and a national poet laureate. It can serve as inspiration for a self-healing journey, and the poem reminds us about gratitude, including opening yourself to the earth and to life. Only then can we build better mindfulness habits, practice being more mindful, and feel more present each day.
