Favourite recipe for pancakes made with cottage cheese and eggs. We are fans of pancakes at home and this recipe has become a favourite of those we often prepare. You can garnish them with maple syrup and fresh fruit (my favourite!), honey, jam or cream cheese, yellow cheese, cheddar, or why not pesto.
I share with you my favorite vegan, gluten-free pancakes made from chickpea flour (besan flour), water, olive oil and salt! You can serve them for breakfast or lunch, served with fresh lettuce, avocado, tomato or whatever you want. I highly recommend you to try them!
Quick to prepare and delicious protein waffles without flour. I prepare them with old fashioned rolled oats, eggs and cottage cheese.

Our favourite broccoli cream soup is extremely easy to make and can be prepared in a vegan version (or suitable for fasting) or you can add butter and season it with 1-2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese. I also offer you two options for what to cook with the rest of the broccoli you have left.

There are many different recipes for banitsa (Bulgarian cheese pie) on the Internet, and each household in Bulgaria prepares it in its own unique way. I offer you my version of a crispy banitsa with feta cheese and sparkling water, which I regularly prepare at home.
Feta cheese sticks with spelt flour, for which you will need more yogurt, butter and eggs. You can sprinkle them with spices or seeds according to your taste - sesame, poppy seeds, flaxseed, paprika, savory. I personally like them with paprika and sesame. They become quite a lot, so you can try different flavors. White spelt flour can be successfully replaced with white flour.
Traditional Irish bread is made from four ingredients - soft wheat flour (low in gluten), baking soda, salt and buttermilk (or kefir).
