SKŁADNIKI ( na 5 dużych deserów ) • 2 budynie waniliowe • 600ml mleka • 6 łyżek ksylitolu • 250g mascarpone • 150g kajmaku • 10 krakersów • 2 banany ( banany można zamienić na borówki ) Budyń gotujemy w zmniejszonej ilości mleka ( 2op × 600ml ). Gotowy odstawiamy do przestudzenia. Mascarpone ubijamy i dodajemy PRZESTUDZONY BUDYŃ. Miksujemy do uzyskania jednolitej masy. Do naczynek kruszymy po 1 krakersie na spód. Na krakersy dodajemy solidną łyżkę masy budyniowej. Następnie plasterki banana i kajmak. Kajmak warto wcześniej podgrzać. Na kajmak kruszymy krakersa i dodajemy masę budyniową. Deser dekorujemy bananem i kajmakiem. Odstawiamy do lodówki.
