How to journal every single day. Or at least, how to get into the habit of journaling!
Tips for journaling every day: 1. Schedule a time to journal each day for 5 mins (mornings, evenings, and after a meal are great times for this!) 2. Try to stick to this daily habit for 3 weeks. Also, look into the book Atomic Habits for tips on habit stacking! 3. Find and use prompts for inspiration! (I have a ton on my journaling board) 4. Try to journal about something new every day. Don’t just journal about your day as that can get boring. 5. Try out art or junk journaling for some additional creativity! 6. Don’t try to pour out a ton of words at once. Many people go all in too fast with journaling. If you fill out 10 pages on your first day, you’ll burn yourself out for when you have to write later. Go slow! Good luck!
