I got tired of the same old candles in the bottom of my non-working fireplace, so this is what I did instead. Bought glass globes that held tea lights, and then suspended them with a little bit of almost invisible fishing line over tension rods that I stuck up in the chimney out of sight. I am pretty happy with the results, and they look even prettier with some Christmas greenery underneath.
