Perfect Pizza Dough 😍
Ingredients for the dough: • 250 g flour • 170 ml warm water • 1 tsp sugar • 1/2 tsp salt • 1 tsp dry yeast • 3 tbsp vegetable oil Instructions: • Mix the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast, then add warm water and knead the dough. Drizzle with vegetable oil and knead again. • Cover the dough with a towel and place it in a warm spot for 1.5 hours to rise. • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and shape the dough into a heart ♥️. Use a fork to poke holes where the topping will go. • For the topping, I used tomato paste, mozzarella, sausage, bell peppers, and spices. • Place in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for 10-12 minutes.
