A nice size chart to see the details of the different hairstyles.  To create some of these styles.  Horsehair extensions were used in period. As well as human hair from Buddist Nuns. And, copper wire for support.  Substitue with pipecleaners instead of using copper wire. Or fallen out hair from brushing, balled up into a "rats nest" used as filler for inside buns.
