Gram Positive Streptococci covering a squamous epithelial cell from my sputum I collected from a productive cough that lasted about 2 weeks with no other symptoms. Likely just normal oral flora, as the ratio of epithelial cells to white blood cells too high. Would not recommend culturing, although the morphology resembles lancet shape of Streptococcus pneumoniae.
