Saint Jiub's deed from the elder scrolls. For those who don't know he's the other prisoner from the beginning of Morrowind. He went on to kill off all cliff racers, becoming Saint Jiub, was then killed during the invasion of Kvatch (Oblivion), and can be found in the Soul Cairn in Skyrim (Dawn Guard)
