"Titanic" (1997). Directed by James Cameron. Starring: Leonardo DiCaprio, Kate Winslet, Billy Zane, Kathy Bates, Frances Fisher, Victor Garber, Bernard Hill, Jonathan Hyde. This film tells us about the greatest disaster of the first half of the 20th century, which took a lot of peoples' lives. We see this tragedy through the main characters' eyes. They are young people - Jack and Rose, who fell in love with each other on board the " Titanic". Recommended age -12+

"Star Wars" (1977)  Directed by	George Lucas. Starring: Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Peter Cushing.                                   It is the first film of the most popular epic space opera franchise that tells us about the battle between good and bad forces in space. You can see a lot of dangerous adventures of the main characters and witness a lot of fights in space. Recommended age 12+

"King Kong" (1976). Directed by John Guillermin. Starring: Jeff Bridges, Charles Grodin, Jessica Lange. It is a film about a scientific expedition to an undiscovered Indian Ocean island, the aim of which is to find oil. Suddenly the members of the expedition find a huge ape living there.The film tells us about the adventures of the group of people and the ape in the jungle. Recommended age -12+

"Some Like It Hot" (1959). Directed by Billy Wilder. Starring: Marilyn Monroe, Tony Curtis, Jack Lemmon, George Raft. The events of the film take place in Chicago during the era of prohibition. Because of danger to their lives two jazz saxophone players dress up like women and join a ladies' jazz band. The film tells about their funny adventures. Recommended age -14+

Some Like It Hot - Lots of fun. I've never been a fan of Marilyn Monroe, but she gives a good performance here. And director/writer Billy Wilder is in top form as usual.
