Sit spin safe zone. I use this graph to visualise a skater's safe zone for them. What's the safe zone? It's the depth of your sit spin before it feels risky! like it might fall. Being aware of that and doing 2 types of sit pin can really help progress: 1) sit spin at the safe zone and hold it there! 2) sit spin to the safe zone then push through in a controlled way to get it lower!
