The best appetizer snack. | The best appetizer snack. | By Ryan R | We have our special cutting tool to cut some pickles into our nine by 13 pan. We have about six pickles diced up in here. Next we have some panko Italian style bread crumbs. This is going to add the nice texture and crunch to this special meal we're making. If you've ever made this before it is amazing. And I've never tried this before so. Next, we have some butter and we're going to take our special butter cutter and just put it on top. By the looks of it, it looks like we're making some type of dump cake but it is not a dump cake. It is even better than a dump cake. I love using these scissors. They are really useful actually. Um and the butter is to taste. I love butter. I think butter goes great on everything. So if you haven't if you can't tell by watching my videos. We're going to cook it in the oven. 350. Next we have our cream cheese. We're going to use two blocks of cream cheese. We're going to make this extra creamy. If you know what I'm making let me know in the comments. If you're new here let me know what city you're from. And we're going to add some I love dill. Dill tastes amazing. And if you don't like dill and I think something's wrong with you because it tastes fantastic. And you just haven't given it a shot. So I'm putting a ton of dill more than the recipe says. It's good. Next we're going to add some onion powder. Some organic onion powder. Trying to be a little healthy okay. Uh but that's just about a tablespoon. And some sour cream. Now we are going to use this one cup tool and put two cups. Doesn't have to be perfect. But if you like doing things perfectly just do that. Put exactly two cups but this is about like a cup and something. Cup and three fourths. Alright. We have our minced garlic. I love garlic. Garlic is great. I put garlic on everything. And we're going to put a heaping teaspoon. Alright. And the best part. We're going to put some of the juice. From the pickles. Now you're supposed to put a tablespoon. I probably put like two or three. But I do love the juice in the the pickles. And this is just salt and pepper. I didn't want to have to break it up in front of you. So I just put it into a little heart shaped bowl and now we're going to mix it together. I have my super quiet wonderful Breville mixer. And it mixes it right up super fast. Super easy. This is an easy dip guys. I love it. It's a fried pickle dip. It tastes amazing. Um and I really enjoyed it. And I hope you enjoy it too. And if you don't enjoy it let me know in the comments. I'd love to hear all your crazy crazy comments. So we're going to put that in the fridge as we get our pickles out. And the pickles were in the oven for about 10 minutes. It's just to kind of crisp up the panko not to like cook anything. And you're supposed to mix all this up but I was kind of going with the whole like dump cake looking theme. So I wanted like a layered dip so I just spread it out over the top real nice and easy. Make it nice and pretty. If you're taking this to family, you can make it pretty if you're eating it at home. Uh this is too pretty because you're going to eat it immediately so like what's all the the fuss? We'll try and make it look nice. Alrighty. Now, to just make it look pretty on top, we're going to add some panko bread crumbs just so it doesn't look like we're eating a whole block of cream cheese in a pan and we're going to put some more pickles. I love this tool. I'll show you how I use it. It like holds the vegetable in place a lot better which is kind of cool and I enjoy it. I like using it. It's my new kitchen scissors. If you don't like using scissors in the kitchen, you Most likely you don't cook enough to be honest. Or you just only see cooking on TV. And you don't really cook. But look at that. Looks fantastic. Gonna put a little bit more dill like I said. Love Dill. Dill's great. Fantastic. If you don't like Dill that's on you. There we go. Looks great. Nice simple dip. Um And instead of using chips I use these super soft pretzel bites. I put it in the oven for about 15 minutes. And they're like kind of hard on the outside. Soft on the inside. It goes great with this dip. So try using these any pretzel will do. Not the hard ones but like the ones you kind of heat up a little bit. Um taste so good with this. And again you could mix it up. But I just wanted that like layered effect for fun. And let's just plate it up. If I were to give this to some friends or my girlfriend I'll just plate it up like this. Give her like five or six pretzels. Give her a bunch of dip. Let's try it out. Cheers. I'm more of a a scoop. Less of a dip person so. So good.

I make charcuterie cups for a summer time party. | By Rick's Friend Justine | Alright, so these are just some pistachios that I put in my champagne glasses. Now, I'm going to go ahead and grab some blueberries and we're just going to do a nice sprinkle right in there. Get some top of color going. These are already washed so don't worry about that. They've been drying overnight. Okay and you can use whatever nuts and whatever fruit you like. This little appetizer is going to be fully customizable. Now, I'm going to go ahead and grab some raspberries and we're going to add two of those little raspberries into each of our little glasses. This is going to be such a fun and exciting appetizer. Alright. Now, I'm going to go ahead and grab my cheddar cheese. This is white cheddar cheese and we're going to grab some slices right out of the package and just line our back of our glass just like this with two slices of cheese each. Some more cheese and these are little mozzarellas and that's going to go right there. We're going to add one little round of mozzarella in each of our little cups and we're almost done here. This is going to be so good you guys. Now, I'm going to go ahead and grab some yummy olives and I know people are going to complain about the olives but you know what? I like em I'm going to put them in my appetizer and we're just going to put them right there just like this. Isn't that so cute? You just get one of the black olives and one of the green olives and this is turning out so delicious you guys. Ooh of course we are going to need some meat. So I have this delicious salami here. And I'm going to grab this first little row out here and we're going to do something extra cute with this. Bring our salami right here and we are just going to fold them up just like this and just right in there just like this. Keep folding up our salami nice and easy and we're going to make something super cute with our salami. Okay and just fold them in just like this. And then would you look at that? Oh what? It's a rose. A salami rose. Now I'm going to go ahead and put a toothpick through this so that it stays together. That's so cool. And this is going to go right there. See it all coming together? Put our last little salami rose in there. Look how gorgeous these are coming out. And of course you cannot do cheese and salami without some crackers. So we're going to go ahead and grab our crackers and we're going to put them right behind our little white cheddar. Just like that. Doesn't that look so cute? Looks amazing babe. This multi-grain organic rosemary crackers because I love rosemary and then of course speaking of rosemary I need to add a little bit of flare so I got this fresh rosemary just to use as a garnish for our little appetizer. So grab some rosemary and I'm going to break it apart and we're just going to sneak it in just like that. And doesn't that just add the perfect pop of color? Whoa and it has a wonderful aroma too. Yep. And of course it's going to compliment those rosemary crackers just nice and beautifully. But you can use whatever garnish you like. You can use mint. You can use you know a little bit of basil. But I just thought the rosemary would look gorgeous and go perfect with our rosemary crackers. Alright. Now I need some more cheese in here and then we're almost done. I forgot I had these little cheddar cubes. So let's fill up the rest of our little bowl with some cheddar cubes just here. Oh, this is looking good. Alright and last but not least, a little sweetness for our delicious charcuterie cups. Look. Macaroons? Yep. Macaroons. Plop these right here and they're She is the cutest charcuterie cups for any party. Oh my, I love how these came out. Gorgeous. Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous. Alright, you guys. Cheers and enjoy.

Why am I just learning about this! 🤯😱 | Why am I just learning about this! 🤯😱 | By John Nonny | The internet is going crazy over this pasta recipe. Here's how you make it. We got some marinara sauce. Cover that up like that and you're gonna need one onion, one onion, okay? This is the best way to make pasta. Is it pasta or pasta? Depends on where you're from. Depends on where you're from. Is it tomato or tomato? Yeah, exactly. It's tomato though. It is. It's tomato for sure. We want five cloves of garlic, full cloves, three, four. Place one of them layer like that. Now, we wanna put a little bit of olive oil just to drizzle. Man, olive oil. So much. Put a little bit of salt. Little bit of pepper as well here. Oh, this is gonna be so good. Just you wait. Just you wait to see how this turns out. You know we gotta have some Italian seasoning on here as well. Oh, I'm telling you. I'm telling you, you do. How good that looks already? This is a lot easier too. Just stick it in the oven and we're gonna be done. Okay, this part always feels weird but you wanna cover it in water now. What are you doing? We do this because that's gonna cook the pasta. Mix it up here a little bit. Evenly to spread the seasoning here. Now, we're gonna put this in the oven. Okay, at 375 for about forty-five minutes. Our non-preheated oven. Oh, we'll never learn bro. Okay, it's preheated now. 375° for 45 minutes and we're gonna flip it halfway through to make sure it doesn't stick. Okay, we just stirred it. It's looking good. Twenty more minutes. Oh man, I wanna see it. Oh, it looks so good. Alright, it's been forty-five minutes. Let's have a look. Oh, look at that. That was good. Look at that bro. Oh, man. That is so perfect. Okay, okay. How much easier is this to make it the regular way? This is way better. We still got one more step. Watch this here. The best step. Watch this now. We're gonna top it with mozzarella cheese and we're gonna put it back in the oven for another five to ten minutes. You want lots of mozzarella cheese. Mozzarella mozzarella, mozzarella. Oh, this is gonna be amazing. Oh, bro. It's like spaghetti lasagna. Okay, now, put this back in the oven. Another five, ten minutes. Let the cheese melt and whoa whoa whoa. Let's go. Okay and after ten minutes, it's gonna look something like that. Oh, bro. Are you kidding me? That looks amazing. How good is that? That's how you make pasta in an oven. Okay. That's how you do it right there. That's the new spaghetti recipe from now on. Now, let's stir it around though. Make sure it's all cooked. See what it looks like here. Dude, that looks so good. They are a swirl. Some new variety that I think Pillsbury is making now and they come in these really long strips. So, we're going to do is you pull them apart and you wrap them around your fingers like that and you shove them in the center. That one that was closest to the center. You just push on the bottom and you kind of gave yourself a little bit of a rose petal almost. We're going to do that in a of these quickly as you can but you guys can take your time. I'm just going to run through em. Alright and this is my final one rolled up. And then push the center down and there we go. So now we're going to keep moving on. I've got some ricotta cheese. We're going to take a little bit of this. Just right in the center of each one of these. We're going to be stuffing these bad boys. You want to make sure to leave enough room for all of our ingredients. That's why I'm kind of putting it on one side here. Just to make sure I have enough room. We can always go back in and fill it with more cheese. But like I said we're adding a bunch here so I'm not sure we're even going to have room by the time we're done. And I've got some cream cheese as well. Cuz who doesn't love all the cheeses? This one I'm just going to kind of soften a bit by going over with my spoon. You can use the whipped one if it makes it your life easier. Probably would and we're going to do the same thing just kind of on an opposite corner little bit each. One, I'm going to use my finger for some of it just because it's hard to get it off the spoon. Perfect. Gloss is just myself and some friends eating these. It's not going to no Michelin Star restaurant so fingers are fine here. Few more left and looks like just a little bit more cheese right in there. Perfect. Next, I have these meatballs. These are already precooked so you don't gotta worry about them cooking fully. One of these right in the center. You really want to push that in there. Gonna squish some of that cheese down into the center. Now, these are turkey meatballs. I prefer turkey and beef. I'm not a huge fan of pork when it comes to it being like ground for some reason. I don't know. I'm a big texture person. So, I got the turkey you guys can use beef. You guys can make your own if you want to as well. I'm just doing it this way because it's nice and easy. And of course we got some spaghetti sauce. This is Yo Mama's. I've never had it before but it says Yo Mama's. How am I not going to buy it? Take a little bit of this. And we're going right over the top. Kinda be careful. Make sure you get it in the center. Try not to overfill them. I know I keep saying that and we keep adding more ingredients. But that's how we're doing it. You do want a nice big bite of all the yummy ingredients when you do it but we're trying not to make it go everywhere. I'm wearing white. I'm not trying to have this drip down my shirt. Few more left. This sauce smells amazing too actually. Usually you don't get the fragrance of a sauce when you just open it of a jar. Alright. I also have some Italian herb seasoning. This is a grinder. Just right over the top. Just in case anything is missing any kind of flavor not that it should be. We added a bunch but you can never go wrong with seasoning and adding a little bit more of Italian. This looks like it has some thyme, some parsley, basil, all up in here. Super nice. Now, real quick, I'm going to move this over to the side. I'm going to bring my provolone. This. We're going to kind of stack a few of these together. These are a bit too big for my pan. So, I do want to make sure that I don't burn everything. I got this cool little cutter. We're just going to push on down. Awesome. Pop that on out and do the same with the rest of them and you're going to see that these are going to fit perfectly on top of our yummy meatballs Awesome. And we got these back. And like I said this is going to be your perfect size now. Look at that. Right over the top if you hadn't cut them. They would have been a little bit too big. You would have gotten a bunch of cheese melted on your pan. Maybe ruined it. This way they're going to melt down into those little cups and kind of seal everything off as well. It would be super yummy. And it came with 12 slices and there are 12 little spots. So I think that that was meant to be. Oh right and that is it. We're heading to the oven at 375 for 25 minutes. Look at how good these look. I actually love that they were twisted. Make some look super pretty that way. Alright, let's get one of these out of here. Oh look how good that came out. Grab a plate here and just right over the top. Alright, let's bite into it but first, look how cute that bottom is. Okay, here we go. And that's cooked perfectly.
