If your nails look like the top picture after acrylic removal most likely your salon/nail tech is using MMA acrylic monomer liquid. These liquids are VERY damaging and can leave you with drastic nail issues. They are usually used because of the price being so low. EMA acrylic monomers are recommended they are pricer but in the long run are worth it.
