Spaghetti w/ bottarga, pistachios, & lemon zest. (Also called Sardinian caviar, Bottarga is made with salted and pressed mullet roe. It looks like a square brownish-orange salami.) The recipe is in Italian, but you can make it out pretty well.
my bastardized version of friselle (after learning about this from an Italian friend): toasted pita, diced roma tomatoes, fresh basil, & Italian tuna in oil -- so delicious // Friselle from Salento (Apulia)
