This was incredibly fun to make! I found a flaming cape and chopped it into a skirt, attached it to a hula hoop at the bottom added wired ribbon, a million LED lights and finished it off with tulle flames at the bottom straw. Made the skirt and collar out of a white bed sheet and a hat from Amazon, and a face burn out of liquid latex and toilet paper! Such a labour of love but SO happy with how it turned out!
