What to pack for track practice

This is what I put in my track bag for practice, you can definitely switch things out and customize it to you ❤️

Everything that you need for a track meet. Depending on weather conditions you might bring other things. This is just the overall idea of what to bring. ❤️

First time at a track and field meet or first time on a team? Here is a list of suggested items that you should be packing in your bag.

Just to let you know, I come perpared for anything, so you probaly won’t need all of these things. I come perpared for any type of weather and that is why my bag is usually as big as me.😅
