All you need is two 2-liter bottles, duct tape (and if you have a metal washer to put between the bottle openings that makes the tornado look even better since it makes opening smaller), water and food coloring!   Fill one bottle about 1/3 with water. Drop blue food coloring in to make it look like a storm. Align the openings of both bottles (put washer between openings if you have one). Wrap duct tape around them tightly to connect. Flip bottle over quickly and watch your tornado form!
