This meme may be made for the sake of humour, but humour often shows us the reality of the world around us as a sub-text. This meme shows us how most of the media that we consume is so dominated by the American Culture, that other cultures in the world get suppressed. What about Indian, African, French stories? The stories that can connect with us, don't necessarily have to come from one source, a story that hits home can come from any place in this world, and they probably should.
