Stephanie Homeschooler on Instagram: "5 Second Rule. Have you played this game? Oh my gosh you are going to love playing this with your kids. The kids have so much fun with it and it is so quick and easy to play in the car, at a restaurant, and every place in between and it is great for critical thinking and cognitive development! three cards with words that say nourish, verbs and adjecttives

In this grammar game, students try to guess the mystery word on the card. There are a few clues given about the word (whether it is a noun, an adjective or a verb, how many letters it has, what it starts or ends with, etc.). Students play in groups of three. One student reads while the other students guess. This makes a great literacy station because students are engaged in reading, thinking, and speaking. This game comes with 50 Mystery Word cards! A fun way to reinforce parts of speech!
