It wasn't until I became a mother myself when I truly started to understand the love of our most Blessed Mother. I know how much I love and protect my own daughters, and the thought of knowing that our Blessed Mother loves me and protects me more perfectly than that, brings me to tears. It's hard to understand being loved so much, but contemplating my own maternal instincts to those of Mary, makes me feel undoubtedly loved.
