I used the Stampin’ Up! Painted Poppies stamp set to create a clean and simple sympathy card to share with you today.

A friend of mine recently lost her mother, and this is the sympathy card I made for her. I used a few scraps of pink cardstock that I had in my overflowing bin of snippets. I stamped the sentiment in a soft grey color, adding a Memory Box duo of butterfly dies (Vivienne & Darla), and a Cheery Lynn mini fanciful flourish. The final touch was to add some pink gems to the flourish, and some pearls to the butterfly. Embossing was done with a Cuttlebug swiss dots ef, while the ribbon, pearls…
