Working pen idea

We build cattle ranch products used from drill stem pipe that has been used in the oil fields and then pulled and cleaned. This kind of pipe has been made from hardened steel, hence having the ability to withstand even the strength of a Brama bull. This is made in a way that can be easily moved around with a tractor...but heavy enough to not be pushed around after all pieces are put in their proper places and chained together with built in chain and gussets. We recently improved the working facilities at our other farm. I don't have a picture that does justice to the before, but suffice it to say a lot of twine was involved. Now we have several sorting pens, a loading alley, and a covered head gate. I think things will run smoother the next time we have to work the cattle here.

I’ve proven this many times, if cattle won’t go through a gate or into a chute, I just stop for a few seconds to allow them to ‘evaluate’ the space ahead. And usually they’ll just move into it…
