Doctor's Sinus-Draining Hack Clears Stuffy Noses Fast - Wow Video | eBaum's World

This doc-approved method is easy to do and, as I discovered this morning, surprisingly effective. Cold and flu season is upon us (along with 'rona) so there's a good chance you or someone you know is feeling pretty stuffed up right now. While this technique is not a substitute for actual medicine and you should also see a doctor if things feel serious, this drainage technique should help quite a bit.

James Moore on Instagram: "Massage around the nose and face can help relieve sinus pressure by promoting drainage, reducing inflammation, and stimulating circulation. Here’s how it works: 1. Encourages Sinus Drainage •	Gentle pressure and massage techniques can help stimulate the movement of mucus in the sinus cavities, allowing it to drain more effectively. This reduces congestion and pressure buildup. 2. Increases Circulation •	Massage boosts blood flow to the area, which helps reduce swelling and supports the body’s natural healing process. Improved circulation can also bring more oxygen and nutrients to the tissues, alleviating discomfort. 3. Relaxes Facial Muscles •	Tension in the face and around the sinuses can exacerbate sinus pressure. Massage helps relax these muscles, re

Drainage & Detox Specialist | Dr Caitlin Czezowski on Instagram: "Sinus congestion sucks!

First do your head and neck drainage (I would 100% be doing the facial drainage 🙌🏼 from my other videos or posters).

Second breaking up the fascial adhesions is a game changer 🤩

Things to note when doing this technique:
- it’s not comfortable but it should be tolerable! If it’s unbearable, sharp or shooting stop 🛑
- your ear is going to feel warm and probably be red but that will subside
- you might feel the need to:
 Sneeze
  Cough
  Swallow
  Tickle in your throat
All of those sensations are normal

This can also help with full ears!
I ve even had clients who’s earaches go away, ringing improves

Give this a try (after clearing your nodes 😉) and let me know below how it goes 🤩
