1. Mix garlic chives 50g with oil 1 tbsp.

2. Combine meat 100g, green onion 5g, ginger 5g, salt 1 tsp, chicken bouillon powder 1 tsp, Chinese five-spice powder 1 tsp, light soy sauce 2 tbsp, oyster sauce 1 tbsp, and cornstarch 1 tbsp.

3. Add garlic chives and stir well.

4. Place a portion of the filling on the spring roll wrapper. (The spring roll wrapper recipe in previous video).

5. Fold, then roll up and seal with a flour-water mixture (2 teaspoon cornstarch - mixed with 3 teaspoons of water). You can also just use water.

6. Fry at 302°F until golden and crispy.
