There's peace in knowing that everything is in God's control

It is so easy to rely on our own strength and wisdom before going to God. Usually, we end up going to God last, if at all. However, if we seek Him out first, I find it usually saves me from a lot of heartache and mistakes. Going to God first also gives me that peace that passes understanding that can only come from the Holy Spirit and the presence of God. When I begin to worry about the future, I turn to Him.
