Meanwhile Julia Krajewski of Germany took individual gold, Great Britain’s Tom McEwen took individual silver, and the legendary Andrew Hoy of Australia took individual bronze.

U.S. equestrian rider Jessica Springsteen was eliminated after the individual jumping qualifier at the Tokyo Olympics. Reporters were told not to ask about her dad, Bruce.

On Saturday, I was really happy to have time to head over to the Equestrian venue at Greenwich Park to shoot the Horse Jumping event. This turned out to be an amazing venue with beautiful horses, amazing colors, and a really cool design of the course. I shot many of the different gates, but I liked this one the best because it incorporated the Olympic rings. Equestrian Jessica Springsteen, daughter of rock legend Bruce Springsteen, took home a silver medal on Saturday after competing in the jumping finals at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

Germany’s Christian Kukuk and Checker 47 have won gold 🥇 After only three went clear in the first round of this morning’s Show Jumping Individual Final, the medalists were decided, but a jump-off would determine which color medals. Successfully going double clear, Kukuk became Germany’s first individual jumping Olympic champion in 28 years, and gave Germany a sweep of the individual equestrian gold medals at the Paris Olympics. Team USA is moving on! 🇺🇲 The U.S. Jumping Team had a stellar morning during the Team Qualifier, and advances to the Team Final with the second-best team score after an exciting round of show jumping.
