Landscape textiles

This work was inspired by a local Staffordshire landscape.I worked in a series of 4 embroideries, working on them all at once, this is a new process for me and I am enjoying the advantages of working in this way. I collaged the background using a mixture of breakdown printed fabric, (the Trees), hand dyed and printed fabrics, various papers, tissue paper and threads.I used many textile techniques
