This flower kindness craft and friendship flower are the perfect way to show friends they are loved and to spread more kindness.

This year I wanted to begin promoting kindness from the very beginning of the year. I searched this summer for the perfect book and I found it. A Little Spot of Kindness written by Diane Alber was just what I needed to create kindness activities for my room, and set the stage for an amazing year.

This week we kicked off our 100 Acts of Kindness Challenge and we've been doing a Kindness Scavenger Hunt along with filling up our Kindness Tree. We are always looking for new ways to spread

I thought it would be fun to make kindness cootie catchers (or fortune tellers) for the kids to play with their friends. We wrote kindness ideas under the flaps of the fortune teller.
