When the elbows are in front, we stretch the rhomboid muscles, and when the elbows are behind, we strengthen them  Cradit by @makarin  2️⃣ Combo 1. Butterfly + tilt your arms to the sides. This exercise works out all four planes of the muscles moving the scapula.  3️⃣ Bends with a fitness elastic band gives a strengthening effect on the shoulder muscles.
