*Wear a helmet & wrist guards if it’s your very first time. I’m taking risks by not wearing any protective gears..

1. Bend your knees and keep your back straight. Try to aligned your hips with your head

2. Duck Walk to move forward. Point your toes out, skates in a “V” and take small steps

3. Hold your knees if you’re losing balance

4. Combine step 2 & 3 to work on your balance and confidence on the ice

5. Look in front of you and not down 

Secret Tip: Transfer your weight from left to right or vice versa.
