The majority of us sit for the majority of the day-whether you’re a student or required to sit at work all day Etc- this reduces the amount our hip flexors are activated- and they get weak! 

Strengthening your hip flexors can not only help take that constant feeling of tightness away, but it can also help reduce back pain or prevent it from occurring. Now that’s a huge WIN!
