Have you ever made a pattern that calls for a LONG chain that then needs to be joined into the round?

✨ It can be a challenge to make sure it is completely straight and not twisted.

I know I have had to pull out that first row and redo due to a twist in the chain.

▶️ NOT anymore!

Here’s how…
▪️ Start by chaining 5-6 stitches
▪️ take your hook out
▪️ insert it into the first chain
▪️ then insert back into your working loop
▪️ chain number needed
▪️ slst going through both working chain and chain on hook.

✨ That’s it! A perfect loop without any twists!!
Game changer! 🙌🏻

▶️ Have you done this?

▶️ Do you have any questions?

Make sure to don't count them as a stitch so count carefully the round just after the join to be sure the counting is correct. This will also work if you directly join two pieces without the chain. You will attach with a SC, single crochet around the leg, slip stitch in the same stitch of the first SC, and slip stitch in the other leg, in the same SC of the link. I know there are many different techniques out there, but this is the one that works for me!What about you? Do you make it as me or in a different way? 😊 #crochetersofinstagram #crocheter #cro Amigurumi Patterns, How To Connect Legs Crochet, How To Join Legs In Amigurumi, How To Do A Slip Stitch In Crochet, How Do You Crochet, How To Sew Crochet Pieces Together, Amigurumi Tips, Slip Stitches, Beginner Crochet Tutorial
