This dumbbell circuit workout consists both strength training exercises combined with a cardio burst. Think total body - from your legs and biceps, chest and back, to your core and oblique it will all be worked.   This strength workout looks like the following:  45 seconds of a strength movement  45 seconds of a strength movement  30 seconds of a cardio push   Repeat each circuit 2 times through.
