Three schools (Hutchinson, Oxford, and Wellsville) from across Kansas met today at the Kansas Capitol in Topeka to complete a CD weaving installation sculpture. The students worked from 9:00a until 11:30a tying the individual weavings together into a large tapestry. There were nearly 600 weavings between all of the participating schools (those unattended were Pittsburg State University, Troy, and Osawatomie). The weavings will be in the capitol until Saturday, March 7th for the celebration…
